There comes a time...

Well it's been a while since I last posted.  I suppose it was a funny way of having a period of mourning.  There's a whole bunch of things I've wanted to post about but it didn't seem the right time.  Anyway, I went on a Rev Choir trip to Barbados at the start of December, met some amazing people, had a really interesting time and did lots of singing.  Was great just being there, though you might think me spoilt for saying this, but it was a tad too warm for me.  I loved the atmosphere, I'd idly start singing a song and invariably others would join in. (will post photos soon!)

The winter festival was it's usual ugly garish self, though even sadder this year for obvious reasons.

Then came the news that one of my CS lecturers had died, Dr Neil White.  A great man, someone I admired for his intellect and that he always had time for his students.  Fortunatly I was able to make it to his funeral in Keele to pay my respects.

I've now moved my webhost and after trying to find a few hours spare managed to unbreak pivot and post an entry.

I'm sure I was going to say more, but I suppose that will do for now.
